Draft provider agreement
Provider Agreement v0.1
Last updated: 18 May 2026. This draft applies to validation-phase provider applications. It is intentionally simple and must be replaced by a reviewed agreement before broad commercial marketplace launch.
Provider commitments
- 1.You confirm that the GPU capacity you submit is controlled by you or your organisation.
- 2.You confirm that the GPU capacity is physically located in the country submitted in the provider application.
- 3.You agree to describe hardware, availability, pricing expectations, and network capacity honestly.
- 4.You agree not to expose provider infrastructure directly to the public internet without an agreed access pattern.
- 5.Phase 0 has no platform fee. Future marketplace fees are expected only after the commercial pilot path is implemented.
- 6.Phase 0 payment, if any, is a manual USDC settlement between customer and provider, supervised for pilot record keeping.
- 7.You are responsible for your own tax, VAT, accounting, and reporting obligations.
- 8.RentGPU may decline, hide, suspend, or remove a provider application or listing if information appears inaccurate or unsafe.
- 9.This draft will be replaced by a reviewed provider agreement before broad commercial launch.
Current verification status
Applying as a provider does not automatically create a public listing. RentGPU reviews provider applications manually. The expected path is application review, identity/business check, hardware proof, network/access pilot, and later host-agent verification.
