Privacy Notice

Last updated: 18 May 2026. This validation-phase notice explains what RentGPU collects before broad commercial launch. It is a draft and should be reviewed by counsel before paid marketplace operations begin.

Who controls the data

RentGPU.eu is operated by Pavel during validation phase. For privacy requests, contact privacy@rentgpu.eu. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal from the private beta list.

What we collect and why

Waitlist

Data: Email, role, country, optional GPU interest and use case.

Purpose: To contact you about private beta access and understand demand.

Provider application

Data: Contact details, operator type, EU location, GPU capacity, network details, payout/tax fields, notes.

Purpose: To review providers, match supply with demand, and prepare pilot records.

Technical security

Data: IP-derived hash, timestamps, request metadata needed for abuse prevention.

Purpose: To limit spam, detect abuse, and protect the service.

Optional notifications

Data: A short signup/application summary may be sent to the RentGPU operator via Telegram if configured.

Purpose: To react quickly to new beta interest.

Storage and processors

RentGPU currently uses Supabase in the EU region for waitlist and provider application data. The public site is intended to run on Vercel. Optional Telegram notifications may be used for operational alerts. We do not ask for private keys, wallet seed phrases, cloud credentials, or GPU host passwords.

Cookies and analytics

RentGPU should not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics during validation. If analytics are added, they should be privacy-preserving and documented here before promotion.

Retention

Waitlist and application records are kept while the private beta is being evaluated. You can request deletion. Some records may be retained where needed for abuse prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or dispute handling.

Your rights

If GDPR applies to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and receive a copy of your data, subject to legal exceptions. Contact privacy@rentgpu.eu and describe your request.
